Meet Dr. Haak

Dr. Haak’s skills and expertise comes after 14 years of rigorous training and more than 15 years of clinical experience.

He finished medical school at top of his graduating class, earned 98th percentile on national ophthalmology residency board exams, and completed his vitreo-retinal surgery fellowship in Chicago under the guidance and mentorship of the pioneers of the field.

Dr. Haak is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Retina Fellowship. Additional 2 year Medical and Surgical training in the management and treatment of retinal disorders with leaders and pioneers in the field at the Rush University Medical Center and Illinois Retina Associates.
